Cancellation Policy

* You can change or cancel your Studio reservation for free up to 24 hours before the start time using the change/cancel button in your confirmation email.

Cancellations will receive a credit for future rentals, valid for 12 months. No credits or refunds for changes within 3 hours of the start time.

Damage Policy for Rental Space

* Guests are responsible for any damages to the walls, floors, furniture, or equipment in the rental space. Any damages incurred will require the guest to pay the full repair or replacement cost.
